2012 (Feb 25th & 26th)

Central Coast Orienteers invite you to two days of orienteering with lots of variety where you can warm up for the coming season.

 

This is an event for PAIRS with three events in one

1. Saturday afternoon is a Pairs Relay with a long and a short leg.

2. Saturday night is a Line Course for both or one of the pairs (best time to count) and,

3. Sunday morning there is a Score Event.

Central Coast Summer Orienteering Series 2011/12

This Orienteering series will run on Sunday mornings during the summer months  and caters for all levels of skill and fitness. It is a great way to be introduced into orienteering, taking advantage of coastal settings on the Central Coast, using the parks, streets and local bush. The event is timed for 45 minutes and instruction is available to newcomers who are very welcome.

This year there will be 2 competitive classes (Open Women and Open Men) - the highest score from the best 6 of the 10 events wins a prize of $100.00.

This is an SI event (please bring your SI stick if you have one), hire sticks will be available at the start location if not.

Starts are available on the following Sundays between 9am and 11am.
